As a valued customer you will be able to apply our price promise were:

• The same product or products are being sold for a lower price by an online retailer*
• The product is offered on the same basis as by Furniture Dream. For example, the same delivery service is being offered or the lead time till you recieve your order is the same.
• The alternative price includes all ancillary charges (including delivery / vat etc). Remember the Furniture Dream price quoted on screen is all that you will pay.                        
• You are able to supply us with the web address where the item is on sale for less.

In the unlikely event that you find product on sale for less elsewhere (and the criteria detailed above have been met) we will refund the difference to you within 5 working days of your claim being verified.**

*      Please note that this does not include auction sites (for example Ebay) or product being offered by non-UK based companies. 

**    All price matches must be made within 5 days of the order being placed and before delivery has been completed.
